The Lewis County Historical Society encourages and welcomes sponsors for, and sponsorships of, its many and varied activities. There are a great many opportunities for sponsorships, which not only give businesses, groups and individuals the chance to promote and make possible the activities of the Historical Society at various contribution levels, but to do so in a way that associates their name with the opportunity so that the community can be aware of and recognize their generosity.

| Greystone Restoration | We have a multitude of needs associated with Greystone! Underwrite the costs of refurbishing a room, doing grounds-work, landscaping or plantings, putting up a flag pole, fencing or outside signage or lighting, installing heating or plumping systems, replacing windows, rebuilding the stairs, refinishing ceilings, walls and floors, installing lighting or replacing or refinishing doors. From naming a room after you to posting permanent plaques to publicizing your efforts, we will happily credit you appropriately. |
| Temple Repairs | So too with the Temple do we have many ongoing and planned projects: underwrite the new sign we hope to put out front; contribute to the costs of creating a new exhibit room; help us with the costs of refurbishing the back roof of the building or the old iron windows; we need to put in a climate control system to protect our artifacts; we badly need a new lighting and sound system for the Blue Rm.; many have asked us to put in an elevator system to make our upper floor more accessible to visitors. From naming a room after you to posting permanent plaques to publicizing your efforts, we will happily credit you appropriately. |
| Local Cemetery Restorations | Associate your name with the restoration of a local cemetery, many of which are in dire need. We will feature your sponsorship appropriately to the level of your contribution. |
| Oral History Program | Help underwrite the costs of getting this program up and running – principally suitable audio and video recording equipment, appropriate lighting and backdrops – and we will feature your sponsorship appropriately to the level of your contribution. |
| Lost Communities of Lewis County Program | Help underwrite the costs of this research and publication effort, and we will feature your sponsorship appropriately to the level of your contribution. |

| Black River Concert Series | The Black River Valley Concert Series could not take place without the benefit of sponsors for it. Individuals, organizations, and businesses are encouraged to participate by partially or fully sponsoring one of the upcoming concerts. We gratefully accept all sponsorship donations (big and small) to help offset the cost of each year’s upcoming concert series season. |
