The Lewis County Historical Society actively collaborates with students interested in an internship with the Society at the Temple. We are always happy to assist interns in obtaining academic credit, although it is the intern’s responsibility to find out about their school’s requirements and process for receiving credit.

In addition, there are local groups that occasionally sponsor paid summer intern or youth employment positions with the Historical Society. These include the Pratt Northam Foundation and the Jefferson/Lewis County Workplace. We are happy to work with students to obtain one of those internships, as well.
