Next in the Black River Concert Series on February 24, 2024, the Heather Pierson Trio will offer a rich variety of originals, jazz and blues standards, unique reworkings of familiar classics and a dynamic mixture of eclectic musical styles. Heather has long been known as a “musician’s musician” who performs “the best piano-based folk since Joni Mitchell.” Joined by Shawn Nadeau on bass and Davy Sturtevant on the fiddle and other instruments, they exude their stated passion for creating joy and the desire to connect and share from the heart.
